Jessica Kelly Siobhan Ryan Bio

Jessica Kelly Siobhan Reilly is an English actress from England. Her role in After Miss Julie, at the Donmar Warehouse (2003 between 2003 and 2004) was nominated for the Laurence Olivier Award. Her television and film credits include Eden Lake (2008), Sherlock Holmes (2009), and Yellowstone. Reilly was the daughter of Jack Kelly (retired police officer) and Chessington's receptionist mother in the hospital. She attended Tolworth Girls School located in Kingston where she took GCSE drama. Her grandparents are Irish. Reilly wrote to the producers of Prime Suspect asking to be considered for a role. Six months after, she was able to audition for a part on Prime Suspect 4: Inner Circle. This episode was broadcast on ITV 7 May, 1995. She starred as Kathleen Le Saux in 1996's episode of Carlton UK Television's period drama show "Bramwell". Six years later, she was with Helen Mirren in the film The Last Orders. Her debut professional performance was followed by a string of roles on the English stage. She co-starred with Terry Johnson in four productions which included Elton's Glasses (1997), The London Cuckolds (1998), The Graduate (2000) and Piano/Forte (2006). Johnson composed Piano/Forte and claimed that Kelly was "possibly the most natural dyed-in-thewool deep-inthe-bone actor I've worked with". Reilly affirms that Karel Resz who directed her in The Yalta Game (Dublin) in 2001 was the one who taught her the most important aspects of acting. She said, "He was my masterclass." If I hadn't been able to see that play, it would have been difficult for me to become Miss Julie.
